We know that NAVCA members are at the heart of their communities.

As this year’s Pride Month comes to a close, we reflect on the importance of taking action.

Last year, we worked with the British Red Cross to distribute £400,000 of funding to our members.

In 2022, we made positive steps towards becoming an anti-racist organisation.

Action for Trustee Racial Diversity’s vision is to significantly increase the numbers of Black and Asian trustees on charity boards.

As Pride Month draws to a close, we wanted to reflect on the work that our members are doing to advance LGBT+ equality, as well as some work from the wider voluntary sector and from us here at NAVCA.
